| Ensure that plans for the Sales & Marketing Function are created, agreed, implemented and evaluated to meet the income needs of the organisation in an ethical manner. Ensure that Sales & Marketing activities are planned and implemented to meet agreed sales targets; work towards achieving the relevant strategic aims and objectives and meet continuously improving quality standards and the needs and aspirations of clients and staff. Ensure that the generation and use of resources is optimised to achieve the Functions aims and objectives and maximise net sales income. Lead and manage the Function to ensure the achievement of the operational objectives and enable Forward Emphasis to achieve its Strategic Priorities. Ensure that the relevant information is obtained, evaluated, stored and communicated to managers, staff, placement students and external stakeholders at the appropriate time. |
