IT Assistant
 
Ensure that operational plans for the Direct Mail and E-commerce department are implemented and evaluated to meet the service needs of clients. Ensure in conjunction with the Call Centre and Relationship & Business Improvement Manager that all IT requirements for campaign activities are planned and implemented to meet client and organisational targets with strict ethical and quality standards. Ensure that the generation and use of resources is optimised to achieve the corporate objectives of Forward Emphasis. Assist in recruiting, managing and training of staff employed in the Direct Mail Department to ensure the achievement of the Department’s aims and objectives. Ensure that all relevant information on clients and staff is appropriately gathered, evaluated, stored and communicated to the appropriate people at the appropriate time.
