| Ensure that all client requirements are implemented and evaluated to meet their service needs. Ensure in conjunction with the Director, Operations & Client Services that all client activities are planned and implemented to meet client and organisational targets with strict ethical and quality standards. Ensure that relevant advice and sales information is provided and optimised to achieve the objectives of Forward Emphasis. Ensure that all relevant information on clients is appropriately gathered, evaluated, completed, stored and communicated to the appropriate people at the appropriate time. |
